I prefer to use an HP flatbed scanner to scan regular cards, rather than spend more money for a company or a different card scanner CardScan specific. Is there a software that will be used, it can to import the contents of the card in the standard format of Microsoft Outlook or other?

With the card reader, you actually pay for software than hardware scanning. Software to scan the card does all the work of gratitude for you.
Otherwise, follow the steps described in the asphalt.
